Our Lunch & Learn Series is perfect for companies both large and small exploring the addition of mindfulness to their wellness program.
In an open, non-commital environment, participants learn what mindfulness is, the benefits, and how it integrates into the workplace.
Sessions typically run for two hours and include time for participants to discuss mindfulness, ask questions, and explore short meditation practices as a group.
