Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an effective, scientifically-tested method for reducing physical and psychological stress while building resilience, balance, and peace of mind. Mindfulness helps us to cultivate an open, non-judgemental relationship between one's self and life's challenges. The MBSR program teaches participants techniques to use inner resources for learning and healing. MBSR is a tool that can help you maximize your everyday life, even when facing stress, illness, and pain.
These classes will be online. Class size is limited to 15 participants.
