Resilience Recharge is a chance to spend time focusing on your inner strength, learning easy to apply mindfulness techniques, and connecting with others committed to bringing positivity to their lives.
Each session is thirty minutes in length and will focus on a specific tenant of mindful living. The sessions will include discussion of the topic, short mediations, take-home techniques for you to try in your life, and end with an open forum for participants to share.
Your monthly membership includes access to any and all sessions offered. Instructed by our Retreat to Joy Instructors.
Sessions will be held:
Tuesdays at 7 am Central Standard Time (CST)
Wednesday at 12 pm Central Standard Time (CST)
Thursdays at 7 pm Central Standard Time (CST)
